HERE ARE THE DIFFERENT COMMITTEES :

PARTNER-CLIENT COMMITTEE AND SERVICE PLANNING

This committee ensures that the RGA's actions contribute to the delivery of high quality services and activities/events tailored to the changing needs of its client partners.

It is also responsible for analyzing, proposing and guiding the Board of Directors in the area of services and activities/events for partner-clients.

Number of people on the committee: One board member and four others who are not necessarily board members.
Number of meetings: four meetings per year
EVENTS AND MEMBERS
This committee works in part on the events that are offered during the year. This committee works to analyze and develop strategies to increase membership, retention of member-clients, and partnerships.
Number of people on the committee: One Board member and four other non-Board members.
Number of meetings: four meetings per year
GALA
This committee meets at the beginning of the planning of the Gala to inspire, innovate and support the management and its team in the planning of the popular annual event.
Number of people on the committee: One Board member and five additional non-Board members
Number of meetings: five to six meetings starting six months before the Gala
NOMINATIONS
This committee is responsible for the nominations for the annual Gala and for the winners who will be celebrated at that year's event.
Number of people on the committee: One Board member and three other non-Board members.
Number of meetings: three meetings starting preferably six months before the Gala
